REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1 All Sales Are Final
   All purchases made on Liora Luxe are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to change of mind, size preferences, design preferences, or personal taste. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, descriptions, images, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right piece, please reach out to us before purchasing — we're always happy to help.

2 No Exchange Policy
   We do not offer exchanges except in the case of a damaged or defective product as outlined in Section 3 below.

3 Damaged or Defective Items — Only Exception
   In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement subject to the following strict conditions:
Opening Video is Mandatory: An unboxing/opening video of the sealed package must be recorded at the time of opening your order — no exceptions. Without this video, we are completely unable to process any damage claim regardless of circumstances. We strongly recommend making this a habit with every online order you receive.
48-Hour Reporting Window: The damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Required Documentation: Along with the opening video, clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging must be submitted.
Verification: All damage claims are subject to review and verification by our team. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions or appear inconsistent with normal transit damage.
Replacement Subject to Availability: Approved replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided in lieu of a replacement.

4 What We Do Not Cover
   The following are not considered valid grounds for a damage claim or any form of compensation:

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper use or care
  • Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water beyond recommended use
  • Damage caused after the product has been worn
  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen display differences
  • Claims made without an opening video or after the 48-hour window

5 Our Recommendation to Every Customer
   We take enormous pride in the quality of every piece we send out. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, we understand that transit can occasionally be unpredictable. Recording an opening video takes less than a minute and protects you completely as a customer. We cannot stress this enough — please record your unboxing video every single time.
