We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
2.2 Colours & Appearance
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colour of the product. Slight variations in appearance are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of products.
2.4 Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is crafted with anti-tarnish coating, hypoallergenic materials, and 18K gold plating. To maintain the quality and longevity of your pieces, we recommend following the care instructions provided. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or exposure to chemicals is not covered under any warranty or return policy.

 

3. PRICING
3.1 Accuracy of Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
3.2 Pricing Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed.
3.3 Taxes
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

4. ORDERS
4.1 Order Confirmation
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until you receive an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.2 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled within few hours of placement provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at thelioraluxe@gmail.com.
4.3 Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure of payment authorization. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4.4 Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, modifications may not always be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

 

5. PAYMENT
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
6.2 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are 3-7 business days for domestic orders. These are estimates and not guarantees — delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
6.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
6.4 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6.5 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply. Unclaimed packages returned to us will be restocked and a refund minus shipping charges may be issued.
